Route 6- Rectory Road closed between 07:00 on the 12th of October until 17:00 on the 16th of October.
During this closure, buses will operate from Church Street, left into Newport Road to Rookley, right towards Godshill, right into West Street, Whitwell Road to High Street then operate around Bannock Road and operate the diversion in reverse.
We will be unable to serve between Whitwell and Ventnor. Customers wanting to travel to Ventnor can alight at any stop between Rookley and Godshill Dubbers to catch a Route 3 to Ventnor and the same in reverse to Whitwell and Niton.
Route 31 will continue it's normal route serving Ventnor Park and Ventnor Botanical Gardens.
During the closure of Rectory Road, the Route 6 will leave Whitwell 15 minutes early towards Newport at the below times:

Route 7 towards Alum Bay will divert from School Green Lane, right into the High Street to Heathfield Road. Buses towards Newport are not affected.
Route 12 towards Alum Bay will divert from School Green Lane, right into the High Street, left into Silcombe Lane, Princes Road and then right into the Avenue. Buses towards Newport are not affected.
The Needles Breezer will divert from School Green Lane, right into the High Street, left into Silcombe Lane, Princes Road, and right into the Avenue.

Route 3 will divert from Newport Road, Upper Gills Cliff, Lower Gills Cliff, Castle Road, Zig Zag Road & Alpine Road where they will resume normal route from Ventnor Boots.
