Buses towards Ryde will divert from Caws Avenue then left into Rowen Tree Drive, right into Seaview Lane, right into Ryde Road, Church Street, right into Old Seaview Lane, right into Somerset Road, left into Seaview Lane to continue the normal route.
Buses towards Newport will operate from Ryde Road, to Church Street, right into Somerset Road, left into Seaview Lane, left into Rowen Tree Drive then right into Caws Avenue to continue the normal route.
Stops between Seaview Caws Avenue and St Peter's Church cannot be served.

During this time buses towards Ryde will divert from Victoria Road, right up Sandown High Street, turning right onto the Broadway and then left towards Brading.
Buses towards Newport will operate from from Morton Common right onto the Broadway left into Melville Street, Fitzroy Street to Victoria Road and then right onto the High Street to continue normal route.
Route 71AM towards Ventnor- Will carry on after Fort Street bus stop up the High Street to reach the Heights. Buses will be unable to serve the Broadway.
Route 71 PM- Will divert via Melville Street/ Station Avenue to Victoria Road and then back to normal route towards Yaverland from Victoria Road.
