Southern Vectis single fares capped £3 from 1 January 2025

The Government’s £2 single fare cap is ending as of 31 December 2024.  The new single fare cap will be £3. The Newport special Short-Hop single local fare (Available between Newport Bus Station and The Stag Inn) will remain at £2.

For those who travel regularly, there are savings to make if you purchase one of our freedom period passes or multi-day rover bundles via our app.

A 30-day freedom pass is £115, just £3.83 per day for unlimited travel.  For those who travel less regularly you may benefit from our multi-day bundles.  A bundle of 15-day tickets purchased on our app works out at just £5.46 per day – these tickets do not have to be used consecutively, so ideal if you just use the bus a couple of times a week or month. You have 12 months to use them from the date of purchase.
