Here's how it works...
Have you received excellent customer service or witnessed a colleague going above and beyond while travelling with Southern Vectis? Is there a driver or member of our team who always has time to talk and makes your day a little brighter? Has one of our colleagues gone out of their way to improve your customer experience?
If so, we want to know.
Simply complete our short nomination form with as much detail about your experience as possible. Once you click finished, your nomination will be put forward to be considered against all of our colleagues that received a nomination that month.
