Twice a year we carry out a general customer satisfaction survey and we'd like as many of our customers to take part as possible. We are always keen to hear your feedback and these surveys help us as a company to improve our services and make travelling with us even better.
It is always worth sharing your feedback with us and here is a reminder of some of things we have introduced this year based on your feedback:
- More journeys each day on route 8
- New summer Sea Breezer to enjoy days out on our lovely island
- Reliability tweaks to allow for summer traffic
