We are seeking a motivated and experienced Skilled Vehicle Engineer to support the maintenance and reliability of our PSV fleet. This role is also open to a skilled Light Vehicle Technician who is looking to retrain and develop a career as a PCV Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair of the Company’s PSV fleet
· Work to DVSA standards and company maintenance procedures
· Support engineering operations by providing cover as required
· Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and vehicle reliability
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
· Hold a full UK manual driving licence
· Have practical experience in vehicle maintenance (PSV/HGV or light vehicles)
· Be competent in servicing, diagnostics, defect rectification, and safety inspections
· Be willing to learn and develop new skills (for light vehicle applicants transitioning to PCV)
· Experience with scheduled inspections (PMI)
· Knowledge of defect reporting systems
· Ability to work independently and as part of a shift-based team
Retraining Opportunity (Light Vehicle Technicians)
· Full support and structured training provided to transition into a PCV engineering role
· Hands-on experience working with a modern fleet, including electric vehicles

· Salary circa £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience and progression)
