  • St Boniface Rd closed

    15th - 16th Oct 2024

    St Boniface Rd ,Ventnor closed due to a water leak . Buses to divert in and out of Ventnor via Spring Hill .

  • Steephill Down Road Bus Stop

    9th Jul 2024 onwards

    The Steephill Down Road Bus Stop in Ventnor has been closed whilst works in the area are taking place. A temporary stop has been erected by the Chip shop at the junction of Gills Cliff Road

  • Morton Common Railway Bridge Closure

    2nd Sep 2024 onwards

    Morton Common Railway Bridge will be closed from 06:00 on September 2nd until 18:00 on October 31st.
    During this closure, routes 2, 3, 72, and The Downs Breezer will be unable to serve the following stops in Brading and Sandown:
    🔸Yarbridge Cross (Sandown Bound only)
    🔸Devonia
    🔸College Close (Jewson)
    🔸Fort Mews.

    Buses will instead be diverted via Yaverland and Marshcombe Shute.

    The nearest stops will be on Sandown High Street and New Road in Brading.

  • Leeson Road Closure

    8th Sep 2024 onwards

    Leeson Road in Bonchurch will be closed from 22:00 on Sunday 8th October for borehole works.
    During this closure, routes 3 and 71 will be unable to serve the following stops:

    🔸 Big Mead
    🔸 Church Road Top
    🔸 Top of Cowleaze
    🔸 Corner Cottage
    🔸 Glenavon
    🔸 Luccombe Chine House
    🔸 Landslip Car Park
    🔸 Bonchurch Shute
    🔸 Chimney Steps
    When this closure is in place, routes 3 and 71 will be traversing between Shanklin and Ventnor via Victoria Avenue, Whiteley Bank and Wroxall.

    The nearest open stops will be Shanklin Youth Centre and Trinity Church.

  • Landguard Road

    29th Sep 2024 onwards

    Landguard Road, Shanklin will be closed from 07:00 on Monday 30th September for approx two weeks

    During this final phase of the closure, Routes 22, 24, 2 and 3 will be unable to serve Shanklin CO-OP. Routes 2, 22 and 24 will terminate on Carter Road before continuing normal route. Route 3 will also not serve Shanklin CO-OP and wait time at Shanklin Rail Station.
