Route 8 - Old Seaview Lane is closed from 08:00 on the 14/09/26 until 17:00 on the 09/10/26.

Buses towards Ryde will divert from Caws Avenue then left into Rowen Tree Drive, right into Seaview Lane, right into Ryde Road, Church Street, right into Old Seaview Lane, right into Somerset Road, left into Seaview Lane to continue the normal route.

Buses towards Newport will operate from Ryde Road, to Church Street, right into Somerset Road, left into Seaview Lane, left into Rowen Tree Drive then right into Caws Avenue to continue the normal route.

Stops between Seaview Caws Avenue and St Peter's Church cannot be served.

Route 2/3/N3/8- Monkton Street closed until further notice

23rd Jul 2026 onwards

Monkton Street, Ryde will be closed until further notice.

Buses will divert from Park Road onto Bennett Street to reach St Johns Hill and resume normal route.

Stops along Monkton Street will not be served during the closure.

Route 3/N3/8- Lower Highland Road bus stop towards Ryde not in use

21st Aug 2026 onwards

We regret to inform that the Lower Highland Road bus stops on St Johns Hill Ryde towards Ryde is unable to be used due to being blocked by temp lights.

Nearest stops are St Johns Church and St Johns Road Station. A temp stop is also in place.

Route 8/68/24/COA- Lamorbey Road Bus Stop- Not in use

14th Sep 2026 onwards

We regret to inform that the Lamorbey Road bus stop heading towards Sandown and Ryde is currently covered by temp traffic lights and unable to be served.

Please use the nearest stops at Broadlea and Louis Road
