Route 3/4/8/9- Ryde Illuminated Carnival- Saturday 5th of September. Diversions will operate from 20:15-22:30 (or until the event finishes).

Route 3/8 towards Ryde will operate from St Johns Road, Green Street, right into West Street and left into Queens Road to terminate. Customers should board their bus from Parish Church bus stop towards Newport. Buses will leave Ryde via Queens Road, Pellhurst Road and down St Johns Hill to serve the usual stops from Lower Highland Road. Stops between Bennett Street and Ryde Interchange will not be served.

Route 4/9- Buses will operate from Binstead Road via Pellhurst Road, Argyll Street left into West Street and left into Queens Road to terminate. Buses will then leave from Queens Road to resume normal route towards Binstead. Bus stops including Parish Church (Ryde Bound), Union Street, John Street will not be served. Customers need to board their bus from Parish Church (Newport bound stop)

Route 2/3/N3/8- Monkton Street closed until further notice

23rd Jul 2026 onwards

Monkton Street, Ryde will be closed until further notice.

Buses will divert from Park Road onto Bennett Street to reach St Johns Hill and resume normal route.

Stops along Monkton Street will not be served during the closure.

Route 3/N3/8- Lower Highland Road bus stops out of use

21st Aug 2026 onwards

We regret to inform that the Lower Highland Road bus stops on St Johns Hill Ryde are unable to be used due to being blocked by temp lights.

Nearest stops are St Johns Church and St Johns Road Station. Some temp stops are also in place.
