Festival buses

With only one week to the start of the Isle of Wight Festival, it’s time to make your travel plan!

Between Thursday 13th and Monday 17th June, we’re running regular shuttle bus services across the island, getting you direct to the Festival site and home safely in the early hours.

Running from all major ports and towns across the Island, and connecting with our network buses from smaller villages – our Festival shuttle bus service is a quick and easy way to get to the event.

Shuttle buses will run from around 0800 to the Festival site, with the last bus home at 0230. See timetables for exact times

Regular buses to and from the Festival site will operate from:

  • Ryde
  • Newport
  • East Cowes
  • Cowes
  • Yarmouth
  • Sandown

For all other locations, please use a network service to connect with the shuttle bus.

In addition to the daily shuttle buses, for 2019 there will be a Night Bus service to take you home, calling at:

  • Sandown
  • Shanklin
  • Ventnor
  • Wroxall
  • Rookley
  • Nettlestone
  • St Helens
  • Bembridge
  • Brading
  • Shalfleet

Adult, Child and Group fares are available, either as a single, return or weekend ticket.

You can buy tickets online via our Clickit2Ride mobile app in advance, as well as on the day and with cash or contactless up to £30 when you board the bus. Concessionary passes, Freedom tickets, Rover tickets and Key Cards will not be accepted on this special event service.
