    • Route 1/39/49/51/57/N1- Lugley Street towards Newport can not be served

      Due to temp lights the Lugley Street bus stop towards Newport can not be served.

      Nearest stop is at Towngate.

    via Merstone, Godshill, Shanklin, Sandown, Brading, Tesco

    • Route 2/3/N3/8- Monkton Street closed until further notice

      23rd Jul 2026 onwards

      Monkton Street, Ryde will be closed until further notice.

      Buses will divert from Park Road onto Bennett Street to reach St Johns Hill and resume normal route.

      Stops along Monkton Street will not be served during the closure.

      Routes 2,3,8 - Sandown High Street closed

      Due to a large Hotel Fire, Sandown High Street and Surrounding areas have been closed off.

      Routes 2 and 3 towards Ryde will be waiting time and Sandown Heights before heading down the full length og the Broadway and then turning left to Brading to resume normal route.

      Routes 2 and 3 towards Newport will turn right from the petrol station up the Broadway, left into Melville Street, follow the road to the end and then turn right onto the High Street and wait time at the Pier Street stop

      Route 8 buses towards Ryde will also wait time at the Heights before using the full length of the Broadway and turning right into Avenue Road and then left into Fort Street to reach Culver Parade and rejoin normal route

      Routes 8 towards Newport will turn right from the esplanade into Fort Street (Where the new apartments are), right onto Avenue Road, left into the Broadway, left into Melville Street, follow to the end and then turn right onto the High Street to resume normal route from Pier Street

      All stops along the Broadway will be served

    via Binstead, Wootton, Whippingham, Osborne House

    • Route 4 - York Avenue East Cowes closed from 12:30 on the 7th October until 17:30 on the 28th October 2026.

      7th - 28th Oct 2026

      York Avenue, East Cowes is closed from 12:30 on the 7th October until 17:30 on the 28th October 2026.

      The route 4 will divert from the Osborne House Stop, left into Victoria Grove, Adelaide Grove to York Avenue. The diversion will operate in both directions.

      Stops between Osborne House and Waitrose cannot be served at this time.
