CrimeStoppers is a national charity whose purpose is to make reporting crime and criminal activities easier. The CrimeStoppers campaigns need our help to keep us, our neighbours and our property protected.
Calls to CrimeStoppers are anonymous and the information could be vital in stopping potential crime or reporting knowledge of existing crimes. Calls are not recorded and telephone numbers are not captured – the call won’t appear on your telephone bill – so know one will know you phoned.
We, as Southern Vectis, and CrimeStoppers are working together to bring about safer communities by utilising our 'On Bus' message signs to highlight the CrimeStoppers telephone number and to reinforce the safer community message with other types of advertising in and around our buses and bus stations.
