getting to the festival

During Bestival we will be running direct shuttle buses from Ryde, Cowes & East Cowes to the Bestival bus station, meeting incoming ferries.map showing direct bus routes linking Yarmouth, Cowes, Ryde and Fishbourne to the festival site shuttle buses

For connections with Wightlink ferry from Lymington you will need to catch the route 7 bus (hourly to every 30 minutes) to Newport and change onto the Bestival Bus.

Catch a Southern Vectis bus to Ryde or Newport bus station and change onto the Bestival Bus. Ask the driver for a "through ticket" to Bestival.
Rover passes (24 hours and 48 hours) and 7 day freedom passes can be bought on our normal buses and used on any route.

valid for unlimited travel on any Southern Vectis bus, including all special festival buses for up to 7 days

£44 group (up to 5 people travelling together)

available on normal Southern Vectis buses, from Paypoint outlets and Visitor Information points in Newport and Yarmouth bus stations.

Normal fares apply when travelling to the festival on our regular network buses.
Through tickets to the festival site can be bought from any bus stop on the island – ask the driver for a "through ticket" to Bestival".

Rover passes (24 hours and 48 hours) and 7 day freedom passes can be bought on our normal buses and used on any route.

Please note that OAP and disabled passes will not be accepted on special festival buses.
