VACANCY: Pupil Escort for Special Educational Needs Transport

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic person to join our school transport team to be a pupil escort for children with special educational needs.

The escort's role is to ensure the children board, travel and alight safely, to ensure that any of the children's needs are met and that reasonable behaviour is maintained. The work can be challenging but is always rewarding.

The school run involves a journey in both the morning and afternoon, amounting to 20 hours per week working school days only, with a salary circa £7,000 per annum. The role could be based in Newport or Ryde.
